Dance Movement therapy can improve quality of life and decrease anxiety & depression (Koch et al., 2019).

A meta-analysis found that dance movement therapy can help to improve mental health. It had a large effect on decreasing depression and also helped those with neurodevelopmental disorders such as ADHD & ASD.
