Yoga can prevent Depression & Anxiety

The departments of Rehabilitation and Movement conducted a systematic review to uncover how Yoga can reduce depressive and anxiety symptomatology in school aged children. The findings urge school districts to implement yoga practices into the school day to improve children's mental health.
