The State Hospital, located in Carstairs, introduces new policy, THS Thirty Thirty, designed to improve all staff and patient systems and processes. The initiative encourages anyone to suggest an improvement idea, form a team, be allocated a QI mentor and spend 30 minutes a day for 30 days testing the idea.
